1. Acceptance of Terms

Business Buddy India offers digital services including but not limited to:

  • Website and app development

  • Digital marketing and advertising

  • Graphic design and branding

  • Business registrations (ISO, MSME, GST)

  • Social media content creation and management

  • SEO and content strategy

All services are provided on a work-first, pay-later model unless stated otherwise.

3. No Refund & No Cancellation

We follow a strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy. Once an order is confirmed, the customer is obligated to complete the payment post-delivery, as agreed.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payments are due after work is completed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) via authorized payment methods.

  • Non-payment after service delivery may result in legal action and/or blacklisting.

5. Client Responsibilities

By engaging with us, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information

  • Cooperate during the service duration

  • Not misuse or reverse-engineer any of our tools, strategies, or content

  • Avoid using our services for unethical, illegal, or prohibited business activities

6. Intellectual Property

  • All materials created by Business Buddy India including designs, code, marketing materials, and branding assets remain the intellectual property of the company unless transferred by contract. Unauthorized use, copying, or resale is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Business Buddy India will not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Business loss due to delays, third-party issues, or miscommunication

  • Loss of data, revenue, or goodwill

8. Service Modification and Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue any part of our services without notice

  • Refuse or terminate service to any customer at our discretion

  • Legal Notice

  • This policy complies with Indian consumer protection laws.

  • Where refunds are mandated by law for defective or misrepresented services, those exceptions will apply.

  • All approved  refunds will be transferred with in 5 to 7 working days.
